Bookings & Cancellations

A £50 deposit is required for all appointments and is redeemable against treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule within 48 hours, or fail to attend. You can reschedule for free with more than 48 hours’ notice via your confirmation link. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours incur a £25 rebooking fee. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your appointment and the deposit may be retained.

Refunds
Dermaline Aesthetics operates a strict no-refund policy for all services and products. Once a service has been provided, no refund will be issued for change of mind or treatment dissatisfaction, though we will always aim to resolve concerns professionally. Refunds for packages may be given only for verified medical reasons supported by appropriate medical evidence (e.g. a doctor’s letter). Any approved refund will be calculated by deducting the full list price of treatments already received and any applicable non-attendance fees from the total package value. Retail products can be refunded only if unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase; prescription skincare is non-returnable.

Courses & Prepaid Treatments
Courses must be paid in full before the first session and completed within 12 months of purchase; unused sessions after that time will be forfeited. Prepaid treatments and plans are non-refundable, but in cases of changed medical suitability, a credit note or voucher may be issued at our discretion. Any credit is calculated by deducting the full list price of completed sessions and any non-attendance fees.

Medical Suitability
Treatments are for clients aged 18+ only; ID may be required. We do not treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. You must be medically fit for treatment and disclose all health information, medications, and allergies before each visit. If undisclosed details lead to treatment refusal, deposits are forfeited. Prescription-only treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin) require a face-to-face prescriber consultation and are carried out only if clinically appropriate.

Patch Tests & Aftercare
Some treatments (such as IPL, laser, or peels) require a patch test 48–72 hours before the first session. If this isn’t completed or pre-treatment guidance (e.g., avoiding sun exposure, fake tan, or active products) isn’t followed, the appointment may be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited. Minor side effects like redness or swelling are common; if you experience unusual or severe symptoms, contact the clinic immediately or seek urgent medical help.

Pricing & Promotions
Prices and promotions may change at any time. Discounts apply only during the stated offer period and cannot be combined unless specified.

Data Protection
All client information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and stored securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Referral Programme
Receive a £25 voucher when a referred friend completes a treatment worth £150 or more. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.

Clinic Right.
We may refuse treatment on medical or professional grounds, request additional medical information, or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. These terms may be updated without prior notice.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
